Waiting Time
Because each pickup is custom made rather than coming straight
off the shelf there is a short waiting period between when you send
your order and when you receive your pickups. Due to high demand it will
currently take approximately 2-4 weeks after payment is received for the
pickups to be dispatched.
Postage
Postage for UK customers is £2.95 per order. Postage for
international customers is £4.95 per order.

We can accept credit and debit card payments using our online store.
All online orders are processed by Worldpay's secure server.
Paypal

If you don't want to pay online we can also accept credit card, debit card and

Terms and Conditions
Swineshead Pickups is the trading name of J Bell Music. All brand
names, product names and titles are trademarks or trade names of
their respective holders. J Bell Music has no connection with any
holder of these trademarks or names and no permission is given for
their use. J Bell Music reserves the right to refuse to supply any
individual or company. All our products have a
sixty day warranty (starting on the day of receipt of the items)
against faulty
construction or materials. The pickups should not be interfered
with as this will void the warranty, this includes removing the
protective
tape and/or cover. If a fault should occur during this period the
item(s) should be returned to us where they will be
repaired, replaced or refunded as necessary.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract
with J Bell
Music and will have their payment returned. It is your responsibility
to ensure that pickups are installed safely and J Bell Music will
accept no liability for damage or injury caused
by the installation of our pickups.
