Tone: The A.M.P. (stands for alnico magnet
polepieces) replaces the bar magnet used on most
humbuckers with 12 individual rod magnets which are used
as polepieces. This breaks away from typical humbucker
restraints provides a bright, clear and articulate tone.
Because the A.M.P. is in effect two single coils next to
each other it also allows for true single coil tone when
used on a guitar with coil splitting. This is great for
players that want both quality humbucker and single coil
sounds from the same guitar.
Each humbucker comes with:
4
conductor hookup wire allowing for versatile wirings
options.
The
screws needed to mount it in your guitar.
