Our humbuckers come in two different sizes so that they
will line up with the strings on
different types of
guitars. If you have any doubt about which size to use contact
us.
Standard Spacing (50mm)
Standard spaced pickups will line up with the strings on
fixed bridge type guitars. Guitars
such as Les Pauls, SGs
and semis will require this type of pickup.
Trem Spacing (52mm)
Trem spaced pickups are designed to work on tremolo
equipped guitars. Guitars with
vintage or modern trems
will require this size as the strings are slightly further
apart than
on fixed bridge guitars.
Please note that the different spacing only applies to
bridge pickups, neck pickups always
use standard spacing
regardless of the type of bridge on the guitar. |
